Flocality LLC ("Flocality," "we," "us," "our") operates a software-as-a-service platform (the "Service") used by independent transportation businesses to accept bookings, process payments, and manage their operations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

If you are a customer of a Subscriber: your primary business relationship is with the Subscriber, not with Flocality. The Subscriber is an independent business that uses Flocality's software. The Subscriber has its own obligations to you regarding the data you share with it. Flocality processes your information to enable the Subscriber's business and to operate the Service.

If you are a customer of a Subscriber, the Subscriber receives your booking information so they can provide the transportation service you requested. The Subscriber is an independent business and its use of your information is governed by the Subscriber's own practices and obligations.
We share information with vendors that help us operate the Service, including:

We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with a lawful request, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; (b) enforce our Platform Subscription Agreement or investigate potential violations; (c) detect or prevent fraud, security breaches, or illegal activity; or (d) protect the rights, property, or safety of Flocality, our users, or the public.
If Flocality is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy or provide comparable protections.
We may share information in other ways if you direct us to or give us explicit consent.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Typical retention:

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and infrastructure hosted on Google Cloud Platform and Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, which are not standardized across browsers.
Depending on where you live (California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the following rights:
Send your request to support@flocality.com. We will verify your identity before fulfilling the request and will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days). If your request relates to information held by a Subscriber about you as their customer, we will forward the request to the Subscriber, who is the party primarily responsible for responding.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request. We may require proof of the agent's authorization and verification of your identity.
The Service is not intended for children under 18, and the Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact support@flocality.com and we will delete it.
The Service is intended for use in the United States only. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law. Your information will be processed in the United States.
The Service may contain links to websites or services not operated by Flocality. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. Review their privacy policies before providing information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version here and update the "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice (such as an email to Subscribers or a notice within the Service). Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
